The Lloydminster RCMP is asking for the public's assistance.  At approximately 3:30 pm on October 22, 2011 a male entered a business located in the 5000 block of 39 Street and stole a Rebel Spirit long sleeve shirt.  The male stuffed the shirt into his pants and then left abruptly out the front door of the business.  The male is described as being Caucasian with shaggy blonde hair.  Please see the attached screen captures for a picture of the perpetrator.
