The Lanigan RCMP and Crime Stoppers are requesting the assistance of the public on a break, enter, and theft that occurred in Lanigan. Some time during the early morning hours of October 5, 2009, someone gained access to two storage facilities at a Lanigan service station. A set of four tires, size 265/75/16 were stolen, a garden hose and gas can were also taken.

Video surveillance on site showed a dark coloured Chevrolet truck, late 1990's or early 2000's that was backing up towards the storage facilities at 4:15 a.m. The truck was an extended cab with a topper on the back. Attempts are being made to identify the truck in the photograph to further the investigation.
