Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers and RCMP Historical Case Unit are asking the public's assistance with the following case of unsolved suspicious death of James "Jimmy" Oscar Laliberte, March 17, 1985 .
Information:
On March 16, 1985, James Laliberte, 33 attended the Stampede Hotel/Bar in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan where he was in an altercation.آ Later that evening, James Laliberte returned to his mother’s house in Green Lake, Saskatchewan.آ On March 17, 1985, James Laliberte woke up, collapsed to the floor unconscious and died early that evening.آ Evidence gathered shows that James Laliberte suffered significant trauma to his brain and other areas on his person.
